Nayar Golf course is located on the Grupo Vidanta property in Nuevo Vallarta, nestled snugly between the Pacific Ocean and the Ameca River, this golf course is only 15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

Opened in 2001, this original Jim Lipe design is under renovation by the world-renowned Nicklaus Design firm; it features a par 70 and is 6,800 yards of challenging play with impressive views of the Ameca River and the surrounding Sierra Madre Mountains.

The new golf experience includes seven magnificent lakes and 48 bunkers protecting fairways and greens that fit all level of players, windy conditions are always a factor.

The wide fairways are forgiving to less experienced players, but strategic pin placements mean experienced players will also find the course formidable.

The signature hole is the 13th, alongside a lake on the left, a waste area on the right, and the wind in your face, all these factors combine to demand some thoughtful strategy.

The entire course is sure to be exciting with the rest of the holes making for a golfers paradise.

Because of its ocean front location and flat terrain, winds will add another layer of consideration to your game, but the resulting panoramas more than make up for any added difficulty.
