Terms/Conditions -- Win A Free Vacation – Agent Treasure Chest Promotion

Palladium Resort & Spa in conjunction with the Riviera Nayarit Convention & Visitors Bureau provides (2) adults 7-nights all-inclusive accommodations valid as detailed herein.
Valid for (2) adults (based on availability) for travel April 15th – December 15th , 2009 (blackout dates apply as follows: 5 days before & after New Year's, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas). Prize does not include airfare transportation which is the responsibility of the winners. This package may be redeemed and used by the winner and their appointed travelling companion and beyond that is not transferrable for sale or use by any other person(s).

No travel will be permitted during blackout dates. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Trips are confirmed 30 days prior to the winner's requested travel date. If a date is sold out, they will be asked to choose alternative travel dates.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted.
All agents who register with the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau for the “Travel Agent Treasure Chest Promotion” are valid when submitted as entries from April 24th – December 31st, 2008. All entries will be placed in a random drawing on January 5th, 2009 and a winner selected. The winners will be notified via e-mail within the same week they are selected. The winner will be given a prize or trade award certificate with details, directions and procedures on how to make reservations and redeem their prize. If the winner loses their certificate, the certificate may not be replaced.
You must be 21 years of age or older to enter, and on a valid ARC/IATA list or able to provide proof of employment at an established travel agency at the time of entry as well as at the time of drawing the winner. Winner will be asked for proof of identity and age.
The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted and is not redeemable for cash, and is void where prohibited by law. Value of the prize with regard to taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner..
By virtue of entering this contest, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau, Palladium Resort & Spa and any other sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize.
Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received as valid entries into the promotion.
Participants must be residents of The United States, Canada or Mexico.
Employees of Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau and Palladium Resorts, their spouses and families are not eligible to win.
Winner agrees to allow the participating sponsors the opportunity to use their names and/or photographs and captions/names for photographs for publicity for any and all promotional purposes in present and future.
