Discover Our Treasures for FREE! Treasure Chest Promotion
Playa del Sol Grand Hotel in conjunction with the Riviera Nayarit Convention & Visitors Bureau provides (2) adults 4 Days/3 nights accommodations and roundtrip air transportation valid as detailed herein.
- Valid for (2) adults (based on availability) for travel Jan 3, 2009 – Dec 10, 2009(blackout dates apply as follows: 5 days before & after New Year's, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas). This package may be redeemed and used by the winner and their appointed travelling companion and beyond that is not transferrable for sale or use by any other person(s).
- Roundtrip airfare transportation for 2 will be provided from an origin gateway as selected when entering contest.
- No travel will be permitted during blackout dates. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Trips are confirmed 30 days prior to the winner's requested travel date. If a date is sold out, they will be asked to choose alternative travel dates.
- Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted.
- No purchase necessary. One entry per person please.
- All entrants who comply with terms and conditions herein and register with the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau for the “Discover Our Treasures for FREE! Treasure Chest Promotion” are valid when submitted as entries from July 1st – December 31st, 2008. All entries will be placed in a random drawing on January 5th, 2009 and a winner selected. The winners will be notified via e-mail within the same week they are selected. The winner will be given a prize or trade award certificate with details, directions and procedures on how to make reservations and redeem their prize. If the winner loses their certificate, the certificate may not be replaced.
- Valid entries must be submitted by individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry; Winner will be asked for proof of identity and age.
- The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted and is not redeemable for cash, and is void where prohibited by law. Value of the prize with regard to taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.
- By virtue of entering this contest, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau, Playa del Sol Resort Hotels and any other sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize.
- Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received as valid entries into the promotion.
- Participants must be residents of The United States, Canada or Mexico.
- Employees of Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau and Playa del Sol Resorts and Hotels, their spouses and families are not eligible to win.
