Riviera Nayarit Deep Sea Fishing Contest -- Terms and Conditions
- No purchase necessary. One entry per person please. Entries with multiple email addresses will be disqualified.
- Prize to be awarded by Riviera Nayarit Convention & Visitor’s Bureau and will consist of 2 days of fishing for 2 passengers aboard a private charter provided by Jackpot Sportfishing by Lurs with captain and crew. All additional expenses for amenities associated with the fishing excursions including but not limited to food, beverages and optional gratuities are the responsibility of the winner.
- All fully completed Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau “Deep Sea Fishing Contest” entries submitted in accordance with the contest terms and conditions, from July 10 – December 31, 2008, will be held as valid, official entries. Winner will be determined in a drawing amongst all valid entries. Once determined, the official winner will be contacted via email by January 5, 2009. The winner will be given a prize or trade certificate that will contain full instructions for redemption of the winning prize.
- Actual dates of redemption for free fishing excursions are January 5th – December 15th, 2009, subject to availability. Components and excursion activities awarded to the winner of the contest are non-transferrable and provided courtesy of Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and local suppliers and are accepted as the total prize without right to substitution or exchange for any cash value.
- Once reservations for winner’s fishing excursions have been confirmed, no changes are permitted.
- You must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Winners will be asked for proof of identity and age.
- By virtue of entering this contest, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau, local suppliers awarding any services as part of the contest prize and any other sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize.
- Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received
- Employees of Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau and all local suppliers and agencies with involvement in the contest, their spouses and families are not eligible to win.
- Winner agrees to allow the participating sponsors the opportunity to use their names and/or content of their entry, and photographs or videos of themselves for publicity for any and all promotional purposes in present and future.
