FIESTA HOTELS & RESORTS was founded at the end of the 1960s during the boom in tourism in Spain. With this background, the hotel chain gained established itself among the leading holiday tourism chains in the Spain. In the two subsequent decades, FIESTA HOTELS & RESORTS strengthened its leading position in Ibiza and Fomenter and became a reference point in tourism.

With the 21st century having begun, the hotel chain is opening two new highly luxurious Eco-resorts on the Riviera Maya, Mexico, the hotel chain decided to set up a new brand to identify them. Thus was the beginning of PALADIUM HOTELS & RESORTS, which will include all the hotel chain's top-range hotels and resorts.
