Contest Rules, Terms and Conditions

• No purchase necessary. One entry per person please. Entries with multiple email addresses will be disqualified.
• Villa la Estancia, in conjunction with the Riviera Nayarit Convention & Visitors Bureau, will provide the winner and their guest accommodations based on double occupancy for 4 nights in a deluxe suite and all privileges of the resort’s “ultra all inclusive” package as detailed herein.
• Travel shall be valid for the time period June 1 – December 19, 2011, subject to availability and certain blackout dates will apply (Thanksgiving holiday week).
• All fully completed Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau “What’s Happening in Riviera Nayarit” contest entries submitted from September 8, 2010 – May 15, 2011 will be placed in a judging process in which the marketing staff of the Riviera Nayarit will determine the best entries based upon their content’s originality, creativity and potential use in marketing campaigns. Winner will be determined and contacted via email by May 24, 2011. The winner will be given a prize certificate detailing the prize as well as full reservation and redemption instructions.
• All components and excursion activities awarded as part of the package for
 winners of the contest are provided as part of Villa la Estancia “Ultra All Inclusive” package, are subject to their normal terms and conditions, and are accepted as part of the total prize package without right to substitution or exchange for any cash value.

• Once reservations for winner’s travel arrangements have been confirmed, no changes are permitted.
• You must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity.
• The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted and is not redeemable for cash, and is void where prohibited by law. Value of the prize with regard to taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.
• By virtue of entering this contest, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau, Villa la Estancia, Villa Group Hotels and Resorts and any other associated sponsors and vendors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies and subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize.
• Participants must be residents of The United States, Canada or Mexico.
• Employees of Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau, Villa Group Hotels and Resorts and any outside suppliers of all-inclusive package features, their spouses and families are not eligible to win.
• Winner agrees to allow the participating sponsors the opportunity to use their names, and/or photographs and any or all portions of their entry wording for publicity and for any and all promotional purposes in present and future.
